A new Decree, published on February 25, 2020, authorizes Renewable Energy Production Companies to sell electricity directly to businesses or local authorities. This decree N °: 2020-105 of 25-02-2020, of which attached text in Arabic, amends articles 8 & 9 of Decree 2016-1123
