The project aims to design and market a cell for drying agro-food products using solar energy. Tomatoes are used as an example.
The aim is to assist Tunisian industrial companies to master the drying processes and to help them guarantee the quality of their products while remaining competitive, energy efficient and minimizing the negative impact on the environment through use. of "clean" energy
