Adapted to the size and the limited needs of a family, the principle of individual solar water heater may be expanded to higher consumption of domestic hot water.

This is known as the collective solar water heater. Its operation is essentially the same as that of the individual solar water heater. This type of installation is feasible for installations of small or medium capacity (Several housing, health, restaurants, etc.) or for larger capacity (buildings, retirement homes, hospitals, hotels, gyms, swimming pools, stadiums, etc.)
